Day 3: Trek to Machha Khola (870m).
Day 4: Trek to Jagat (1,340m).
Day 5: Trek to Deng (1,860m).

Tamang Heritage Trek 13 days
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Meet & greet at the airport, transfer to hotel. Trek briefing and equipment check. Explore Thamel and prepare for the trek.
Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,460m) – 7 hrs: -Scenic drive through Trishuli Bazaar and Dhunche. Overnight in Syabrubesi.
Day 3: Trek to Gatlang (2,238m) – 5 hrs: - Gentle uphill walk passing through Tamang villages. Explore the beautiful Tamang village of Gatlang.
Day 4: Trek to Tatopani (2,607m) – 6 hrs.: -Descend to Thangbuchet, then ascend to Tatopani. Relax in natural hot springs.
Day 5: Trek to Thuman (2,338m) via Nagthali (3,165m) – 6 hrs.: -Pass through Nagthali viewpoint with stunning Himalayan views. Experience Tibetan-influenced Tamang culture in Thuman.
Day 6: Trek to Briddim (2,239m) – 6 hrs.: -Walk through lush forests and small villages.Experience a homestay in Briddim and learn about Tamang traditions.
Day 7: Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m) – 6 hrs.: -Walk through rhododendron and bamboo forests.Join the classic Langtang Valley Trek route.
Day 8: Trek to Langtang Village (3,430m) – 6 hrs.: -Gradual ascent through Ghoda Tabela with beautiful landscapes.Explore the rebuilt Langtang Village after the 2015 earthquake.
Day 9: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m) – 4 hrs.: -Short trek to Kyanjin Gompa, a spiritual and scenic destination. Visit the monastery and cheese factory.
Day 10: Hike to Tserko Ri (4,984m) & back to Kyanjin Gompa – 7 hrs.: -Early morning hike for panoramic views of Langtang Himal, Dorje Lakpa, and Ganesh Himal. Return to Kyanjin Gompa for rest.
Day 11: Trek back to Lama Hotel (2,470m) – 6 hrs.: -Descend through lush forests and mountain trails.
Day 12: Trek to Syabrubesi – 5 hrs & Drive to Kathmandu: -Final day of trekking, followed by a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.Farewell dinner in Kathmandu.
Day 13: Departure from Kathmandu: -Transfer to the airport for final departure.

Tsum Valley Trek 19 days
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Day 3: Drive to Arughat (900m) – 7-8 hrs.
Scenic drive via Arughat and Overnight in stau over night.
Day 4: Trek to Arughat to soti Khola (1,340m) – 6-7 hrs.
Walk through lush forests and small villages. Cross suspension bridges and follow the Budhi Gandaki River
Day 5: Trek to Machha khola (2,240m) – 6-7 hrs. Enter the restricted Tsum Valley region. Pass through Philim and cross beautiful pine forests
Day 6: Trek to Jagat (2,386m) – 5-6 hrs. First views of the Ganesh Himal range. Explore the old monastery in Chumling
Day 7: Trek to Chhokang Paro (3,031m) – 5-6 hrs. Trek through narrow gorges and open valleys. Spectacular views of Shringi Himal
Day 8: Trek to Lpkpa (3,361m) – 4-5 hrs. Visit the sacred Milarepa Cave en route. Explore monasteries and interact with local Tibetans Day 9: Trek to Chhokangparo (4,000m) – 4-5 hrs. Visit the largest monastery in Tsum Valley. Optional hike to Dhephu Doma for a better Himalayan view
