SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN NEPAL

EVEREST REGION

The Khumbu or Everest region is the most popular trekking area in Nepal. It would probably be the most popular destination, but it is more difficult to get to Solu Khumbu than to the Annapurna area. To get near Everest, you must either walk for 10 days or fly to Lukla, a remote mountain airs trip where flights are notoriously unreliable.

OTHER REGION

Makalu (8481m), is the fifth highest mountain the world and lies on the Nepal – Tibet border. The extensive views of all Nepal ‘s major peaks to the East of Everest are the main highlights of this difficult and fascinating trek through seldom traveled terrain. After flying from Kathmandu to Biratnagar and transferred to jeeps for the journey up to Hille, make approach to Makalu on foot centers around the Arun Valley. This Arun River rises in Tibet and consists of snowmelt waters from the northern flanks of the Everest and Kanchanjunga, before it breaks through the Himalayan chain at a height of only 1200m, 35km, east of the Makalu . To avoid the oppressive heat and humidity of the lower Aroun Valley, take a ridge top detour via the beautiful Newari Bazaar town of Chainpur.
